Who will be the next Chinese DCM this time?

With the departure of Peter Pang from LDP, he will not be expected to hold on to the DCM post for long  ... has to follow Raymond Tan's footsteps ... pick your choices - Gerakan, MCA, PBS, Upko, PBRS? Leap from Party to Party! or roll the dice!

Now, the Sabah-based parties are saying it should be given to a local party.
The equation is.....Pang cannot follow Raymond Tan's footsteps by joining Gerakan ....Gerakan never won any election in Sabah and furthermore cannot be given 2 ministerial posts. On the other hand, MCA cannot fill the DCM post because it is from Semenanjung as opposed by the other component parties, the option is to join the local parties available...PBS, Upko, PBRS.

PBS is holding the DCM post under the BN quota for KDM, so the Chinese DCM post cannot be given to PBS.

It is also ironic that Umno, being a Semenanjung Party can have a CM and DCM posts and these local parties crying out loud that the Chinese DCM slot be given to a local-based party. Does it sound silly???

  10. None of the BN Chinese leaders can command the support of the Chinese better than Datuk Yong Teck Lee.

Not only Yong gets the support from the Chinese but other races from the Muslim bumis and KDM also for his all round and non-racial politics.

  11. Support Sabah for SabahansSeptember 8, 2010 at 2:39 AM

It doesn't matter if the Chinese DCM come from a local based or a west malaysian party. As long as it is from the BN, there is no difference.

In malay term seems to be only a "wayang kulit" or puppet show only.

Musa needs to consult his KL boss before appointing a new DCM or the cabinet, so what is the use even when the CM is also one of the puppets.

  12. Yong Teck Lee! imagine he can throw out anyone against him even his former Deputy President and good friends. In new era of Sabah real scaring his style, right?

  14. WE, supporters of YB Datuk Dr. Yee Moh Chai, are delighted the much coveted post of Deputy Chief Minister in the Sabah Cabinet is once again up for grabs. Our supreme leader, Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan, has done the right thing to say that the post of Deputy Chief Minister must be given to a Sabah party. Datuk Dr. Maximus Ongkilli too supports the view of Tan Sri.

PBS will make a clean sweep of many posts, the best any vacuum cleaner can do.

The DCM post should not be given to MCA. MCA is an imported party from West Malaysia. Do the people not know why their MCA leader for Sabah is not made a minister? The reason is MCA is a West Malaysian party. They are not like UMNO. UMNO is our big brother, they are the “close friends of PBS”.

LDP cannot be given back the post of DCM. LDP has already given up on the post twice when their president Tan Sri Chong Kah Kiat resigned in 2007 and again when Datuk Peter Pang this month left LDP.

LDP has declared that they cannot work with our dynamic and beloved Chief Minister. Is LDP so thick face to ask that the DCM post be given back to their party? They have only 2 Assemblymen left. They are very, very junior. One is a young lawyer, the other a small-time businessman.

None of the other YBs can compare with our Datuk Dr. Yee.

Don’t forget, our Datuk Dr. Yee is a lawyer, a true medical doctor (not a fake PhD) and a British permanent resident who speaks fluent Malay (much better than Peter Pang anytime).

Oh, Gerakan? How can Gerakan get two ministerships? Raymond Tan lost his DCM post after he joined Gerakan last year. How can Pang keep his DCM post now that he has followed Raymond’s footsteps? It does not make sense.

C’mon! Give our YB Datuk Dr. Yee a chance! He has been loyal to BN from the day he joined politics. He was one of the top PBS leaders who pushed PBS to join BN in 2001. He could see that only BN could save Sabah and give him a lush job as a Minister.

He has proudly and bravely called our beloved Chief Minister “The Best Ever”. He will never leave BN. He will sink or swim with BN.

Give him a chance to prove his usefulness to BN. He has the support of many, many cyber troopers, he can win over the bloggers. He has made the issue of illegal immigrants disappeared.

He can make the opposition disappear. Make Datuk Dr. Yee a Deputy Chief Minister and it will be ‘satisfaction guaranteed’. People all over Sabah will rejoice. Stranded Sabahans in West Malaysia will scream with joy. Datuk Dr. Yee is Sabah’s last hope.

Next Part IV: Octopus Paul’s prediction that YB Datuk Dr. Yee Moh Chai (also known affectionately as Sotong) is destined to be Deputy Chief Minister.

  15. If what the BN components like PBS, PBRS, Upko cried that the post of DCM should go to a local based party, shouldn't we think about Umno, a West Malaysian party, having a Sabah Chief Minister, be removed?

Do we see anything fishy here?

  16. Our current situation is politician been fighting against each other. But rakyat are not interested.

Most of the rakyat are from poor and middle income group. And most of the rakyat need to borrow bank loan to buy house.

When the developer ask bank to release payment and with the cause given “Remit the amount before the due date failing which interest of 10% p.a, will be levied on the said amount until the date of the payment”.

The bank officer delay in paying the developer. Who will have be bear hold responsible for the interest of 10% p.a., even is not the purchaser fault.

  19. I have personally known Johnny Mositun and we were friends in politics ie. PBS.

Now that we have separated between BN and Opposition...and he has succeeded, now being the deputy speaker in the state assemblyman, and that is good for him, at least he is more financially sound unlike previously, he comes to Lido every Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday and Tuesday (Special Draw) and 'bok' Toto, STC, 88.

But jangan main, he 'bok' hundreds in every draw, but I never got to ask him whether he strikes or not.

To sum it all, these people are just opportunists ie. 'pok' saja!

  21. I think CM still prefer Dt Peter as his DCM.

  22. Why only DCM?????????? I feel a Sabahan shall be the CM of Sabah!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Musa Aman is a Sabahah CM, but the only problem is he is appointed by KL, and not by the people of Sabah.

Sabah is controlled by KL via BN, so to gain control of Sabah, we must fight and win the next General Elections....(Penang and Kelantan are good examples)

If there is a will, there will be a way!

  24. Many have suggested that DCM post must give to Sabah local base party.
If Peter Pang decided to join Gerakan and remain posting DCM, that will be another controversial.

    ReplyDelete
  25. to me, it does not matter who the DCM is, even they put a dog there will not be a problem for me.

We hv seen Raymond Tan, who does not serve the people but his pocket and his boss,,,same goes to Peter and the next will not any difference. They are all BN dogs!

  26. PBS is the WORST party in Sabah. What had PBS done to reduce the presence of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT issue in Sabah since from 1985-1994 as opposition and now in 2010 in BN.

What I knew was the population of ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT getting more and more and now more than the Sabah native.

GET LOST PBS! A party with a bunch of NATO (NO ACTION, TALK ONLY).

  27. PBS = Parti Bohong Sabah. Tahu saja makan duit rakyat @ YAYASAN SABAH semasa memerintah Sabah dari 1985-1994.

  28. Base on which criteria we choose a leader?
    Background?
    Race?
    Competency?
    Qualification?
    Character?
    Which is more important?

  30. No point guessing here. let CM to decide. Whoever he is, definitely is from BN.

  31. The next Chinese DCM definitely not from SAPP. For sure.

  32. Wait for CM to make decision. This is his right.

  33. Why has LDP stopped short after the resignation by Peter Pan?

Don't leave things halfway, as what we say "go all the way" cheers

  34. No point to do the wild guess. Let CM to do his decision.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Well , I've the answer for that simple equation . If I were ,the PM , I'll certainly give the DCM post to SAPP , as to make sure that there will be no apposition party in the coming general election.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Musa cannot afford to sack his DCM now because he is from Sandakan. If he does now, Pang will stab him back, by supporting the oppositions. Sotong will definitely like that idea.

  37. Whoever it is, they should be able to fulfill their duty as a DCM.
