Do not fall for racial opportunist

SAPP and its leaders and members are advised not to fall into the trap of racialist opportunists who whip up racial tensions in order to divert attention from the real issues affecting the people which may possibly set the stage for emergency rule in the country.

  1. Briefing for SAPP members at SAPP HQ Operations Room, Bornion Centre, Kota Kinabalu on Sunday, July 6, 2008

    1. SAPP and its leaders and members are advised not to fall into the trap of racialist opportunists who whip up racial tensions in order to divert attention from the real issues affecting the people which may possibly set the stage for emergency rule in the country.

Stick to the real issues affecting the people

    2. This is because SAPP believes that the real issues affecting the people are the rising costs of living, stagnating economy, illegal immigrants, political autonomy of Sabah and local Malaysians heading federal departments, empowerment of the people, unfair laws and policies affecting the people and an equitable share of our own oil revenues of 20%. We should not allow racial politics to bury these real issues affecting the people nor will we do anything to give the authorities an excuse to declare emergency.

    3. In the last 4 days, the national media has reported the prospects of an emergency rule that will lead to the suspension of Parliament. The deliberate disclosure of the 6-day joint exercises starting July 2 between the armed forces and the police in maintaining DOMESTIC public order can be seen as a type of “psychological preparation” and “psychology warfare” that is used by governments all over the world. This has caused anxiety among the people. The denials (of impending emergency rule) from the PM carry no weight among the people because of his previous flip flops such as “no dissolution of Parliament”, “no fuel price hikes”, “no fuel to foreign cars”, “paying salaries twice a month“ etc.

    Racialists stirring racial sentiments

    4. The blatant stirring of racial sentiments are proven beyond any doubt when on Wednesday July 2, the MP for Kota Belud who is also the UMNO Youth National Secretary, in Parliament warned of (tumpah darah) blood shed if SAPP MPs were to proceed with the no confidence motion on the PM. This kind of inflammatory talk is totally unwarranted and an affront to parliamentary democracy. SAPP hails the decision of the Speaker, himself from the Kota Belud district, for putting a stop to the incendiary remarks of the first term MP from UMNO Youth.

    5. It is also worth noting that the weekend before the UMNO Tawau demonstration, that the UMNO Youth Deputy Leader, Khairy Jamaluddin, was in Tawau and later made wild accusations against the SAPP President.

    6. All BN component parties, including UMNO, have admitted that the brandishing of the keris at previous UMNO Youth conventions was a major cause of the loss of BN. These youth leaders never learn.

    7. Last week, an UMNO Vice President, who is also a Chief Minister, further displayed the arrogance of power by justifying the demonstrations of UMNO in Tawau and Sepanggar. Such instigation has re-created an atmosphere of intimidation and fear among sections of the people.

    8. There has also been talk of a PAS-UMNO Youth alliance that they cannot allow a Malay leader such as the PM to be “humiliated” by a non-Malay MP.

    9. Although our SAPP political culture is non-racial, we do not underestimate the risks of an UMNO-PAS battle cry of “Ketuanan Melayu”. SAPP President has been told personally by a senior UMNO leader that if SAPP proceeds with the motion against the PM, then it would be seen as a Chinese party versus the Malay leadership, reminding SAPP that the government media has deliberately portrayed SAPP as “Chinese”, even though in fact, SAPP is a non-racial party with multi-racial members and leaders.

    10. SAPP’s move is based on the genuine grievances of the people and Sabah issues. Racial conflict is never a part of our agenda.

    Loss of confidence still stands

    11. The fundamental position of losing confidence in the PM still stands. Change is only a matter of time because the people have lost confidence on the PM. BN leaders too have lost confidence on the PM. Only the vested interests are cheering the PM like the story of Emperor’s clothes. SAPP nor its President has anything personal against the PM. We have not touched any thing personal about the PM such as family, son, son-in-law and businesses etc. unlike what many UMNO leaders have thrown at the PM and family.
    12. When he first became PM, the PM did ask the people to tell him the truth and to work with him, not work for him. But what is happening now at the national level show that PM has lost the confidence of the people and also control over their own BN leaders.

    13. For instance, even BN MPs defied government authority by “gangsters-style removal of barricade at Parliament lobby”, which was a glaring display of loss of authority on a scale unseen in Malaysia. Residents in Cheras physically removing the barricade at access to a highway, the panic in Sabah on June 24 among the public over rumours of petrol stations on strike, the fiasco of attacks and counter-attacks involving top leaders of the nation, different statutory declarations, police reports against the IGP and A-G, continuing rising costs of living affecting the people etc….etc…are more than enough to show that the people have lost confidence in the current leadership to sort out the mess that the country is in.

    14. SAPP reaffirms the 8-point Declaration of June 20, 2008 (copy attached) and is forming specialized committees to look into the formulation and implementation of laws and policies towards the complete fulfillment of the struggle contained in the 8 points.

    15. For instance, the issue of Petronas formed under the Petroleum Development Act 1974 allows for a National Petroleum Advisory Council (Section 5) to include those from oil producing states.. Is there member from Sabah in this NPAC? If yes, who? If no, why not? Section 7A allows the delegation of powers to the State Authority (say, the Chief Minister) under the Act over the oil and gas industry in Sabah. Is there such delegation of powers to the State authority? As for the increase in oil royalties, this can be reviewed under Section 4 of the Act which stipulated cash payment to the relevant State. SAPP will closely pursue this and other issues of interests to the people.

    16. SAPP shall continue to play our role as a people-based party striving for the people. We will not do anything to give the authorities an excuse to declare emergency rule.

  4. you know what for the last 20+ years the Mahathir government had a secret pact with Philippines Marcos to solve boarder and each other domestic problems i.e. Philippines claims on Sabah, the muslim filipino issues in Philippines and increase Muslim porpulation in Sabah, generally Malaysia. Mahathir proposal to Marcos, i will take the muslim filipino (to increase the muslim filipino population intake in Sabah and Malaysia generally - to enhance Mahathir/Muslim hegemony grip of power, whilst Marcos has the political power hegemony grip of mindanoa. You know what, u local sabahan had been played out sell out by the Mahathir Umno and the Federal Government. Just to let u know is already toooo late thats why Philipiines Government now refuses to accept back the filipino muslim. Now it is a malaysian problems....and of course become a sabah problem. 6. 2. We should not allow racial politics to bury these real issues affecting the people nor will we do anything to give the authorities an excuse to declare emergency.
    =====================

The problem is that all these issues have their root in the racial issue. The biggest cause for all these problems is that it is the intention and goal of the UMNO from the beginning of the formation of Malaysia to turn Malaysia into an empire of the Malays. And it is the incompetence of the Malay UMNO government and their rapacious intention to marginalize all the non-Malay races to enrich themselves that all the problems such as stagnating economy, illegal immigrants, lack of equitable sharing of oil money, etc. have been caused. Therefore, none of these problems can be solved unless and until Malay racism is abolished. In the end, it is obviously necessary to take Borneo out of the Malay colonial empire.

Why is the cost of living rising? Isn't it because the economy is stagnant and the Malay UMNOputras want more money for themselves? Malaysian economy is bad because the Malays have terrorized the Chinese into leaving Malaysia as well as by marginalizing the remaining Chinese so that they are no longer an economic engine to develop the Malaysian economy. The Malaysian economy has been and is kept afloat by the bimber money and oil money from Borneo states. Without the timber and oil from the Borneo states, Malayan economy would have collapsed long ago under the incompetence of the Malay rule. Chinese banks are systematically forced to sell out to the Malays. Chinese cannot get business licenses and other necessary permits to conduct businesses. And as the Chinese are prevented from doing businesses, the economy of Malaysia becomes inefficient and corrupt. Inevitably the Malaysian economy contracted which led to a decline in the number and quality of jobs leading to a decline of purchasing power.

Also the rapaciousness of the Malay UMNOputras want more money to buy bigger cars and build bigger houses and buy more investments in foreign countries, they must squeeze more money out of oil incomes. So they jack up fuel prices. This is all part and parcel of the UMNO racist policies.

The problem with the illegal immigrants is entirely due to the fact that UMNO Malays want to dominate Sabah politics. And the way to do it is by increasing the supporters of UMNO. And these are the Muslims from Indonesia and Philippines. Therefore, the problem of illegal immigrants is directly rooted in racism of the Malays. And there is no solution to the illegal immigrant problem as long as the racism of the Malays is not abolished. To ask the UMNO government to solve the problem of illegal immigrants is like asking the fox to guard the chicken house. The UMNO government cannot and will not solve the illegal immigrant problem because it is the UMNO policy that created the illegal immigrant problem to begin with.

The UMNO is accusing other races of raising the race issue. But it is UMNO Malays who are the biggest and most blatant racists of all. The dogma of ketuanan Malayu is just Malay supremacists which is just like the Nazi master race dogma which is condemned by all the civilized world. And by accusing other races of fomenting racist unrest and force them to stop talking about race and threaten them with arrest and imprisonment is just a smokescreen to perpetuate Malay racism and allow Malay racist domination.

Mr. Lee Kuang Yew of Singapore had condemned the marginalization of the Chinese in 2006. Sabah and Sarawak political parties should now appeal to Mr. Lee to condemn the increasingly blatant and loathsome threats of the UMNO Malays to use force to impose dictatorial and racist rules over Borneo.

Patriotic Borneo political parties should appeal to the UN and World Court and all civilized countries in the world to condemn the Nazi-like Malay supremacist racism. All democracy champions of the world such as US and UK should speak out and condemn the racist threats of using force to impose Malay supremacy.

  9. The SAPP is calling off the vote of no confidence motion against the PM. The decision was conveyed to reporters at Parliament House by SAPP vice-president Datuk Dr Chua Soon Bui after meeting Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz. The excuse given was that SAPP did not want to be a scapegoat in the current political climate. No one is sure what she really means as the Tawau MP also put in a caveat, saying no one know what the future political climate would be like. But that's how politicians talk. In short, she is saying the no faith motion is off, for the moment, but non committal over what SAPP would do in future. SAPP president Datuk Yong Teck Lee has not responded to calls from reporters who wanted to know more. Yong has found that his plans to make Sabah an issue has been hijacked by the sodomy allegation. Overnight, Yong is no longer news. Talk of BN MPs defecting also disappeared, which some say was the reasons for the re-think in strategy. But SAPP still has a show cause letter to reply to the BN. SAPP deputy president Raymond Tan is still a Deputy Chief Minister. So, is SAPP hoping that the whole incident is just a nightmare or is it waiting for the next move?

Anyway, what the shit can I expect from Sabahan politicians who keep selling out to UMNO?

To Sabahans especially BN, please WAKE UP and SPEAK THE TRUTH instead of just being a YES MAN to your EVIL MASTER from seberang laut to dictate and control us.

Our lands and resources in Sabah almost sucksssss dry by this SAITAN and we need to cast them out to south china sea URGENTLY.

When Sabah ran out of oil oneday, do you think your EVIL MASTER from malaya will still taking care of Sabah? PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU LEAP! This is crucial about our Sabahans future.

Sabahan are already out number by the filipino/indon muslim. Under British rule every 10 Sabahans, there 4 Kadazan Murut, 3 Chinese and 3 Malay. Now under UMNO rule after 20 years, every 10 Sabahans only 1.5 Kadazan Murut, 1.5 Chinese, 3 Malay and 3 Filipino/Indon Muslim. Hah.. sooner Nur Misuari will be the Sultan of Sabah Darulnoa

Under Btitish rule, fthere are reedom of building places of worship.... now under UMNO, banned Mazu statute but in Kelantan Pas Muslim rule, there have the largest sleeping buddha statute in SEA. UMNO goons now show no respect for Sabahan.... Datuk Ali Ketam from the 2nd smallest mosquito state in Malaysia got the guts to support n joined hand demonstration
    to overthrow SAPP......

The only hope Sabahans have are better get the British back or .....disown UMNO and restart a new chapter of history. BTW, please share this with your comrade in Sarawak...they still have hope unlike Sabah coz Indon muslim there are not out number yet and Indo muslims are scare of Iban the Headhunters....where once Indo muslim was chopped off their heads in Indonesia Kalimantan couple of years ago.
