Kelantan's Right to Oil Royalty

Tok Guru Nik Aziz, Kelantan's elected leader, has issued a call to all Kelantanese, irrespective of political leanings, to unite under the cause of demanding for Kelantan's rightful oil royalty payments from the federal government. If Kelantan is not eligible for such payments, then why is there a need to give 'wang ehsan' to the state?

Is this a political bribery?

Commenting on the recently concluded by-election in Manek Urai, Mustapha said since the majority of voters had rejected the deputy prime minister's offer for a new bridge in return for an Umno victory, they should not blame BN for not delivering its promise.
