PBS misleading the public again

Herbert Timbon Lagadan, habitual liar
Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Secretary-General Datuk Richard Yong We Kong told PBS to stop making excuses, finger-pointing and no more ugly rhetoric all intended to mislead the general public when it comes to the issue of illegal immigrants.

"PBS must stand up to their duty and obligation to resolve the Sabah problems particularly the illegal immigrants (PTI).

"Whenever this issue of illegal immigrants was brought up PBS leaders would try to blame others for their own failure, repeatedly saying solutions are on the way. PBS has been repeating the rhetoric for years while having the post of Chief Ministers for nine years, post of Deputy Chief Ministers and Federal Ministers and cabinet ministers yet they cannot provide a straight answer to the PTI problem.

UMNO selfishness, PBS collusion cause phantom voters

By Datuk Yong Teck Lee, Kota Kinabalu, Monday, August 1, 2011
It is possible to rid the electoral rolls of phantom voters because the legal mechanisms to protect the integrity of the rolls are available in the Federal Constitution, the Elections Act 1958, the Elections (Registration of Electors) Regulations 2002 and the National Registration Act 1959. But the first step is to remove the disease by taking action against the UMNO operatives who conspire in issuing dubious citizenship documents to foreigners.

PBS deviating from real issues

Sabah Progressive Party (SAPP) Youth Chief Edward Dagul said the PBS leaders Johnny Mositun and Herbert Timbun Lagadan are so fast to condemn SAPP on every issue yet, these same leaders are strangely silent when UMNO's Home Affairs Minister Dato Hishammuddin Hussein declared that there is no need for a Royal Commission in Illegal Immigrants.

"Even more suspicious is why up till now, more than two weeks after the so-called installation of a "Sultan of Sulu" in Sabah, has PBS kept their silence on such crucial matters? Is it because "silence is golden" for PBS?

Who will be the next Chinese DCM this time?

With the departure of Peter Pang from LDP, he will not be expected to hold on to the DCM post for long  ... has to follow Raymond Tan's footsteps ... pick your choices - Gerakan, MCA, PBS, Upko, PBRS? Leap from Party to Party! or roll the dice!

Now, the Sabah-based parties are saying it should be given to a local party.
The equation is.....Pang cannot follow Raymond Tan's footsteps by joining Gerakan ....Gerakan never won any election in Sabah and furthermore cannot be given 2 ministerial posts. On the other hand, MCA cannot fill the DCM post because it is from Semenanjung as opposed by the other component parties, the option is to join the local parties available...PBS, Upko, PBRS.

Dr Yee, an egocentric and liar (revisited)

Dr Yee Moh Chai, who made false allegations that Datuk Yong Teck Lee was behind the issuance of fake identity cards to illegal immigrants is the greatest joke I heard.

How the hell did he get this idea? Yee even distributed PBS leaflets containing highly malicious cartoons of Yong and Philip, distributing ICs to Gaya islanders.

Yee had stooped so damned low to also made false and defamatory allegations that Yong was covering up phantom voters, but he was never concerned about the real culprits of the illegal ICs menace are linked to UMNO.

Illegal immigrants problem not a priority to BN

Kota Kinabalu, Aug 5, 2010: SAPP Youth warns PBS not to think the public ignorant or gullible so as to believe the BN political mind games.

"Despite the bravado statement by PBS Secretary General, Henrynus Amin, the fact remains that BN is perceived by the public to still have huge vested interest in the continued illegal immigrant presence in the State," Youth Leader Edward Dagul said.

Is Herbert a blatant liar or just dumb

Herbert the clown…Is this what PBS got as their political mouthpiece?
1. Wrong accusation of Yong defending NRD giving birth certificates to children of illegal immigrants in the name of regularization. Where he got this idea?
2. His negative statements linking Yong with the MNLF on illegal immigrants issue without understanding what is BIMP-EAGA.
3. His invitation to Dr Jeffrey to join PBS, which PBS itself was unwilling to accept.

Topinai! Sabar ya! Help is coming...tapi bila?

In the Daily Express, the Sabah Chief Minster had vows that there will be immediate aid for flood nd other disaster victims in the state. This in response to the current serious flood problems faced due tot he rainy season.

On 14 January 2009, Federal Science, Technology and Innovations Minister Datuk Dr Maximus Ongkili had said, it is typical of the opposition to issue statements blindly. He also said they also seemed to lack the capacity to ask intelligent questions.

This was the reply given by Dr. Max to the Sapp youth leader question for the source of funding for the
three suspension bridges in Kota Marudu namely Simpangan, Kg Lampada and Kg Timbang Batu which would be built to replace bridges washed away by major floods back in February last year.

Dr. Max had confirmed that the fund are from the
National Security Council (NSC). It leads one to wonder if for a Federal Minister constituency approval for funding are only received one year later, what will become of the vows by the Chief Minister?

So folks, hang in there, help is on the way...........but when?

Aid For Hardcore Poor Not A Privilege

In Bernama report dated 30 October 2008, Sabah Deputy Chief Minister Datuk Seri Joseph Pairin Kitingan said various aid extended to heads of hardcore poor households via the Peoples Welfare Development Scheme (SPKR) should not be viewed as a privilege.

He said the recipients should instead work hard and not only depend on state assistance all the time."We need to change attitude and not depend too much on the government for help,"

Pairin said in his speech when officiating the Additional Balanced Food Programme (PTMS) organised by the Tambunan branch of the Community Development Department (Kemas) at the Pisompuruan Square.

Is it not the government responsibility to look after the hardcore poor? Are not more programs and incentives be extend to help alleviate the living conditions of the hardcore poor?

"Don't Believe Malaysiakini Reports" says Pairin

"....Raymond Tan should not believe reports published in the Malaysiakini website," said Pairin.

He said this at Keningau and stressed further that "the BN meeting during that time only asked all the component party leaders to give their opinion based on the regulations, and there was no motion proposed to expel SAPP from BN."

The PBS President however agreed that the show cause letter (to SAPP) was sent via SMS to him and"the agreement from PBS was sent via SMS."
